Crowe Paradis, the fastest growing Social Security and Medicare benefit advocacy firm in the United States is looking for Case Advocates. As a Case Advocate, you will be responsible for educating our claimants on the SSDI process as well as managing a caseload of new and existing claims.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to complete accuracy in all that you do
- A passion for customer service and the ability to work both compassionately and efficiently
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced office environment
- Experience in a role that requires extensive phone work
- Superior time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Preference will be given to candidates that are fluent in both English and Spanish
General Skills Required:
- BS/BA Degree and 2+ years experience working in a call center environment or insurance benefit claim organization is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written), ability to manage multiple projects independently, and pursue multiple objectives simultaneously
- Must have extensive experience and be skilled in the use of programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A passion for demonstrating positive energy and enthusiasm by taking pride in your work while finding satisfaction, fulfillment and some fun
