Crowe Paradis, the fastest growing Social Security and Medicare benefit advocacy firm in the United States is looking for a Value Strem Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the operations effectiveness on the Senior Management Team, fostering communication and ensuring that business partners' needs are met
• Ensure all Operations department KPIs are met
• Provide mentoring and development for all Centralized Services Staff
• Create a stable staffing model that allows for a manageable case load and drives recruitment while maintaining existing profit margins and quality standards
• Ensure consistent workflow and inventory throughout the organization
• Identify bottlenecks in process and systemic issues are eliminated
• Work with Department managers to identify training opportunities
• Develop and lead quality organization to ensure we meet customer, client and business expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven management experience with growth stage or start-up organization preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to pursue multiple objectives simultaneously while organizing, prioritizing and completing work
• Ability to balance tactical and strategic practices by managing both people and projects
• Must have extensive experience and be skilled in the use of programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
