CROWE PARADIS CREATES HOLDING COMPANY AND LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

Crowe Paradis Holding Company, LLC, a Wakefield, Massachusetts-based national insurance claim services holding company, was created effective January 1, 2007. “The new holding company will allow us to streamline the operations of our wholly owned subsidiaries Alternative Risk Concepts, LLC, and Crowe Paradis & Albren, LLC,” said Michael K. Crowe, Chairman and Co-Founder of the newly created entity.

Effective March 7, 2007, Crowe Paradis has launched a new website that will better serve our clients and their employees. “The new site will feature more detail and improved data access, making it easier for clients to obtain status updates in a real-time data environment,” according to Brett Albren, President of Social Security and Medicare Coordination of Benefits Services. Crowe Paradis Holding Company, LLC is also pleased to announce the hiring of Raymond Matthews as our CEO and President. Ray is a recognized executive in both the insurance and consulting industries. He has served in a wide range of industry roles with Chubb, AIG, and The Hartford, including SVP and COO of New England Reinsurance Company. His consulting career included Accenture and IBM, where he was a Principal in their Business Consulting Services insurance practice.

Mr. Matthews will assume operational responsibility for all of the operating subsidiaries of Crowe Paradis Holding, LLC. “I look forward to guiding Crowe Paradis on its current growth trajectory and building a world-class claim operation. Our focus will continue to be building a state-of-the-art technology platform from which we can continue to scale our claim operations.”

Co-Founders Michael Crowe and Kenneth Paradis will serve as Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively, of Crowe Paradis Holding, LLC. Brett Albren will continue to serve as the President of wholly-owned subsidiary Crowe Paradis and Albren, LLC, as well as Managing Attorney for our captive law firm, Crowe Paradis and Albren, LLP.   

CROWE PARADIS INSURANCE CONSULTANTS, LLC IS ACQUIRED AND RENAMED

Crowe Paradis Insurance Consultants, LLC, a Wakefield-based national Medicare Compliance Company servicing the workers’ compensation and general liability insurance markets, was acquired by Manhattan-based Clarion Capital Partners (www.clarion-capital.com)  in October of 2006. The newly acquired company has been renamed Crowe Paradis Services Corporation, LLC (CPSC) and is now based in Danvers, Massachusetts.
